How an order is measured
By the minute of video, or part of a minute, as measured by our systems. A 12-minute film is 12 minutes. You are always shown the cost and your remaining balance before you confirm an order. Nothing is charged until you do, and nothing is uploaded for processing until the order is settled.
Volume pricing
Describing a whole catalogue, a series or a regular flow of titles? We offer volume pricing for larger and ongoing work. Get in touch, tell us a little about the project, and we will put together a rate for it.
Paying
Card payments are handled by Razorpay. We never see or store your card details. An invoice is issued for every payment, when you buy minutes or pay for an order by card, and you can download it from the Invoices tab at any time.
