Shipping & delivery policy

This policy forms part of our Terms & Conditions.

1. No physical shipping

1.1 Everasa provides a digital service only. No physical goods are sold or shipped, and no shipping charges apply.

2. How Output is delivered

2.1 Output is delivered electronically by being made available for download in your Everasa account. We may also notify you by email when an order is ready. Delivery is complete when Output is made available in your account.

2.2 Invoices for paid orders are made available in your account in the same way.

3. Delivery times

3.1 Orders are typically delivered within 24 hours of payment. Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed, and may be longer for reasons including the length or number of videos, technical issues, volume of orders or events outside our control.

4. Availability

4.1 The Service is available to business customers in India and internationally, subject to applicable law and to our acceptance of the order.

5. Problems with delivery

5.1 If you cannot access Output that has been marked as delivered, contact us through our Contact us page with your order number.
